


This is a highly visible and wonderfully run non-profit organization. But even with its name recognition, its actual mission, “to help change lives through the power of work,” was largely overshadowed by an overshadowing reputation as just a thrift store. We were selected after an extensive search as Goodwill’s first agency of record. Over the years, we’ve connected donors, shoppers and the business community to Goodwill’s mission. We’ve continued to impact culture through dynamic environments. And it’s working, with donations and shopping breaking records and more people than ever finding jobs and receiving support services. By starting with a strong organization and bringing passion backed by results, goodwill grows.
